Marsala made from dried white grapes, fortified and cask aged. It’s recognised for its golden amber colour and deliciously sweet, honeyed taste. There’s an attractive raisin and burnt sugar aroma, delicate dried fruits, almonds and a hint of liquorice.

It will perfume your kitchen and participate in desserts such as the famous tiramisu and zabaglione. ABV 17.5%
