An Italian pastry cream used in various desserts such as tarts, cakes, and pastries.
Pour 1 litre of room temperature milk into a bowl. Simply add the contents of the sachet a little at a time, mixing with an electrical whisk at low speed to obtain a smooth cream. Leave to stand for 5-6 minutes before serving. Store in fridge up to 3 days.
