Amaro Montenegro is Italy’s 1 Premium Amaro. Made in Bologna in 1885 by the young rebel genius Stanislao Cobianchi.

This Amaro displays a rich and pleasantly balanced taste, soft and silky mouth feel: palate entry is sweet at first then it quickly turns mildly bitter and botanical; by midpalate, there’s a slight sweetness of tangerine/mandarin peel; aftertaste is moderately bitter-sweet and citrusy.

Thanks to its low ABV and bitter-sweet flavour profile, it can be enjoyed simply on its own or, when mixed, creates refreshing and light cocktails.
